Rolls Royce Airline Office Refurbishment

Over the course of many years DSP have undertaken various refurbishments for Rolls-Royce at their Moor Lane and Airline campus buildings in Derby. Having worked on a range of exciting projects DSP have been involved in the refurbishment of the majority of the many floors.

The building footprints of both the Moor Lane and Airline buildings are shallow plan. This makes them ideal for incorporating sustainability features and provides plenty of connectivity with the outside world for staff via large glazed perimeters. Our experience of dealing with these particular sites and the Rolls-Royce property management team allows us to provide the most economical solutions; whilst providing a first class design and fit out service. It also helps us achieve usually tight timescales for projects, reducing costs for Rolls-Royce.

All projects are governed by the global standards set out by the property management team. DSP understand the need for uniformity and quality of build, ensuring each of our fit outs is the same high standard expected by Rolls-Royce. We have adapted and collaborated with Rolls-Royce as their workplace strategy has evolved over the years. We have provided advice and guidance based on our experience and knowledge in the profession as we also grow as a design-led interior company.

Our own expanding portfolio of products and brands we work with, along with experience and training has also helped us stay current with the market trends. Our involvement on these floors has ranged from reconfiguration of existing partitions through to turnkey projects. From computer flooring installation, suspended ceilings and decoration through to glazed partitions, acoustic treatment and bespoke joinery; DSP have provided an extensive array of high quality services.
