Rolls Royce Project Halls Office Design & Refurbishment

DSP were honoured to be an integral part of this multi-million pound office refurbishment project. The scheme involved the re-design, refurbishment and ofice fit out of three-wings of the operations building over a 3 year period. The works began with the Lombard project hall that involved the complete ‘gutting’ of the deep-plan office building and included renovation of the main reception entrance, circulation spaces, atrium, toilets, shower rooms and amenity spaces.

The offices were refurbished to the highest standards in-line with the client’s needs to provide the best working environments and cement the image of the company. DSP were the main contractor undertaking and responsible for all works – all within a tight schedule.

The subsequent office fit-outs of two more project halls within the building, equal in size, were also undertaken by DSP; including vast open-plan office spaces, hi-tech meeting and conference spaces, toilet facilities and so forth. DSP are proud of the standard of work delivered and the successful completion for such a prestigious company.
