AMS Hayley - Design & Fit-Out

We recently completed the design, management and fit-out of a new 16,000 sq ft office and warehouse facility for industry supply specialists AMS Hayley Derby.

The company, which is part of Hayley Group, currently stocks an extensive range of components and consumables including bearings, seals, power transmission, drives, lubricants, PPE, and tools at its trade counter at Riverside Industrial Park. The addition of a new building at Ivygrove Development’s Dunstall Park scheme off Ascot Drive will enable it to cope with increasing demand and exponential growth. The project involved three speculative base build commercial business units at Dunstall Park in Derby.

Surescreen Agile Offices - Design & Fit-Out

DSP (Interiors) Ltd have completed the design and fit out of new agile offices for SureScreen Diagnostics Ltd, a leading manufacturer of lateral flow tests, diagnostic testing kits and screening equipment.

SureScreen wanted to centralise their office base for staff across various locations and move away from a traditional office structure towards an agile workspace that fostered a more collaborative and innovative culture.

Our team has incorporated the latest in agile office design principles to create a flexible and dynamic workplace. One of the key elements of the design has been the creation of a variety of workspaces that cater for different work styles and needs including workstations, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, breakout areas and social spaces.

BPW - Redesign and fit-out

BPW was established in Leicester in 1987 and is now Europe’s largest supplier of axels. After acquiring an additional large office building and warehouse, the company wanted to create a first-class office environment for staff and visitors that would create the wow factor.

What DSP did:

The scheme involved the complete re-design and fit out of the new two-storey office block. The company wanted us to ‘take them out of their comfort zone’ and create something uniquely special – and this is exactly what we did.

The space embraces free flowing curves, creating a series of bespoke offices where no two rooms are the same. The design not only looks good but is completely functional.

A key feature of the project is the breakout areas, which were brought to life with digitally printed wall graphics, agile meeting spaces and a large boardroom.

The interior design scheme incorporates various unique features including specialist brushed aluminium effect doors, glazing with feature manifestation, curved storage wall with alternate door colours and a bespoke boardroom AV presentation wall.

All these features were brought together to reflect the company’s corporate identity.
