Rolls Royce 4 Tier
DSP (Interiors) Ltd have undertaken work at Rolls-Royce for decades. Due to expansion of shop floor operations Rolls-Royce urgently required an increase in support and amenity spaces. Historically the additional support and amenity spaces would have been installed at Ground Floor level, reducing available space for further machinery expansion taking up valuable commercial property.
To maximize return on investment and reduce the footprint, an ambitious plan was explored to make use of the extensive building height and create a multileveled structure. DSP (Interiors) ltd worked closely with all parties to assist the design and planning. This proved challenging given the various level differences, having to work around an existing lean lift and break through to an adjoining building’s multi-story stairwell.
One of the most technically challenging projects we have undertaken, the multi-story structure was able to accommodate:

- Large Canteen
- Extensive Washroom facilities
- Open Plan office with enclosed offices
- Meeting Rooms
- Large Video Conference Training facility
- Additional Workshop / Training Room
