Based in the heart of Nottingham’s famous Lace Market, PKF Smith Cooper is a leading Midlands-based accounting firm.

What DSP did:

The DSP (Interiors) team played a key role in making sure the interior of Smith Cooper’s new Lace Market offices in Nottingham matched the grandeur of the location.

We guided the process from initial concepts through to 3D virtual mock-ups and carried out space planning for the challenging former commercial units with varying ground floor heights.

Our expert design team optimized the space, resulting in a bespoke, impressive, free-flowing office environment that had a real wow factor.

The completed design features a striking entrance reception, state-of-the-art client meeting rooms, expansive boardroom training facilities, partner offices, break-out areas and efficient back-of-house workspaces.

Advanex - Office fit-out

The Advanex Group specialises in precision metal and plastic components, springs and assemblies, and supplies a diverse range of markets – from agriculture and automatic through to medical and aerospace.

What DSP did:

We modernised Advanex’s offices by completely overhauling the outdated spaces. The project involved stripping out the existing setup and introducing a modern, open-plan design with new external elements like aluminum glazed screens and doors.

The new offices feature light-filled, partly screened zones, reception area, meeting facilities and a spacious open plan workspace and ample storage. The design features bold graphics, vibrant furniture finishes and funky flooring.

Charterspace - Office fit-out

What DSP did:

We carried out the design and fit-out of Charterspace’s contemporary new office environments, creating a strong brand and providing the ‘wow’ factor for potential tenants.

A wide range of our services were utilised on this project – from flooring, acoustic partitions and fully glazed partitions through to decoration and joinery. This ambitious project also included an array of bespoke design features.

We successfully translated the design into high standard installations, delivering bespoke, contemporary branded office spaces, emphasizing flexibility.

Foresight Group - Office fit-out

The Foresight Group are an award-winning sustainability-led alternative asset and SME investment manager.

What DSP did:

We carried out the comprehensive refurbishment of the company’s prestigious new premises in Nottingham into a distinctive and sophisticated workspace.

Works included interior design, bespoke furniture, kitchen and WC fit outs, acoustic and frameless glass partitions, signage, graphics, luxury flooring and complete mechanical and electrical installations.

The interior design scheme blended contemporary design with the building’s traditional features to create a classy interior that complemented and emphasized the historical features of the building.
