QuEST Global required the design and fit out of a multi-storey office in Derby. The biggest amendment was the central Work Cafe and Meeting Suite concept. The Work Cafe and Suite had to be decentralized due to the operations of the teams, and compartmentalized due to the nature of the organisation of each team.

Ceasing operation as a leisure facility in 2008, the Council had been looking for a buyer for the Albion Leisure Centre in Ilkeston as part of a bid to regenerate the town centre for some time. Ward Recycling Ltd, acquired the building to further expand its Office capacity as well as making best use of the Brownfield site.

Newtons 4th Ltd
Newtons 4th Ltd acquired a 3 storey office building in a key location in Leicester. We were charged with the interior fit out of all three floors with a variety of functions on each. The ground floor is the main operation of the business. The first floor has a training and meeting facility, large canteen area, storage and calibration operations. The second floor has the main offices and day-to-day management of the company.

EQS had a warehouse space located within the same building and wanted to create a head office for operations but also to act as a marketing hub for the range of products they distributed. The unit scheduled to move in to was totally unfinished and required a complete fit out including upgrading thermal elements, dry lining, ceilings partitions and building services.

As part of their expansion Cougar enrolled DSP to create the executive ‘hub’. In conjunction with the refurbishment of the entrance and reception area, the existing offices needed a complete overhaul to bring them in line with the quality of accommodation throughout the building.

Rolls Royce Airline
Over the course of many years we have undertaken various refurbishments for Rolls-Royce at their Moor Lane and Airline campus buildings in Derby. Having worked on a range of exciting projects we have been involved in the refurbishment of the majority of the many floors.

Rolls Royce Project Halls
The scheme involved the re-design, refurbishment and fit out of three-wings of the operations building over a 3 year period. The works began the complete ‘gutting’ of the building and included renovation of the main reception entrance, circulation spaces, atrium, toilets, shower rooms and amenity spaces.
