BPW Ltd Office Design & Fit Out

BPW Ltd is a multi-national engineering company and Europe’s largest supplier of axels. Upon acquisition of a further large office building and warehouse they wanted to cement themselves as the market leader by creating a first class office environment for staff and visitors. Looking for the wow factor, DSP was approached to tender for the works and submit our design ideas.

We were delighted to fight off the competition and be chosen to take complete control of the project on the strength of our design proposals and ability to undertake a fit out of this magnitude. The scheme entailed the complete re-design and fit out of the 2 storey office block. Working with BPW was a great experience – we were instructed to ‘take them out of their comfort zone’ and create something uniquely special … and that is what we set out to do.

Moving away from static boxes, the space plan embraces free flowing curves creating a series of bespoke offices where no two offices are the same. Wrapping around generous open corridors, all of the client’s wish list was incorporated ensuring the design not only looked good but was completely functional. A key feature of the project was the breakout areas, agile meeting spaces and a large Boardroom for entertaining important clients from all over the world.

The interior design scheme incorporates various unique features to the offices including specialist brushed aluminium effect doors, expanses of glazing with feature manifestation, curved storagewall with alternate door colours and a bespoke Boardroom AV presentation wall amongst others. All of these features were brought together to reflect the nature of the company and subtly infuse their corporate identity. The breakout areas were brought to life with digitally printed wall graphics.
