As part of the expansion of their facilities, having undergone substantial growth, Cougar enrolled DSP to help create the executive ‘hub’. This would be the national security and monitoring arm of their business. In conjunction with the refurbishment of the entrance and reception area also by DSP; the existing offices needed a complete overhaul to bring them in line with the quality of accommodation throughout the building.
DSP took complete control of the interior fit out element of the project including the space planning and interior design. Taking on board the wish-list of the directors, our interior architects meticulously planned each element of the design. The interior design provided a functional office for the day-to-day business operations whilst creating a space for entertaining clients. The space could also double as a small training area when required.
DSP undertook all of the fit-out works including:
- Full height walnut veneer door frames and leafs
- Fully glazed partitions with bespoke manifestations
- Built in full height storage wall and feature walls
- Wow-factor large chrome signage
- Credenza with guest entertainment facilities
- Kitchen facility fit out
- Carpet design and fitting to complement furniture install
- Ceiling fit out and internal decoration
The interior design scheme carefully combined double thick feature walls, lightweight full height glazing with striking manifestations, stunning natural walnut veneers and feature carpets to create a well-balanced work and entertainment space.
