Case study fit out of a commercial unit
Following on from our informative blog “ Speculative commercial units; customising building shells into your optimal workplace”; DSP (Interiors) Ltd are proud to announce the interior fit out of a new commercial business unit. Work has started on site at the speculative unit located on Eagle Park, Alfreton Road Derby. DSP have been working closely with the client to help design the new facility to their exacting requirements. Over the coming weeks we will be highlighting the fit out, watching the project evolve.
Who?
Derby based Nutrivitality Ltd specialise in liquid health supplements, using cutting edge absorption technology. Amazingly, as little as 10% of traditional supplements are absorbed by the time they get to the gut, making them largely ineffective.
Liquids deliver nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals and other vital ingredients in a form which massively improves the adsorption rates, so what’s in the product actually gets to where it needs to be.
Nutrivitality was established in 2016 and is a subsidiary of SureScreen Diagnostics Ltd, a long-standing expert and provider of drug and alcohol screening in the UK and Europe. The knowledge base for liquid vitamins has some 15 years of research and development behind it, and has placed Nutrivitality as a world leader in the field, due to the range, in-house knowledge and the unique science and technology applied to each product range.
As the market is becoming more aware of the benefits of liquid supplements, demand has increased. Production needs to scale swiftly, whilst conforming to strict production values and quality systems, which need to be met by a more capacious, specially designed manufacturing location.
Joint Venture - Marketing Derby Bondholders
The project is also a great example of collaboration between Marketing Derby Bondholder network members. Indeed DSP (Interiors) Ltd were initially contacted by Surescreen owing to being a Bondholder and were impressed by the Award-winning fit out carried out for Robinson Structures Ltd – located on the same business park.
