Secur-it Group Cat B Design & Fit Out

Derby-based DSP Interiors have successfully completed a significant transformation project of a 8,100 sq. ft unit for Secur-it Group ltd, a leading security and fire safety specialist headquartered at Mansfield.

Secur-it Group is a key player in the fire and security sector, protecting over 5,000 properties with more than 58,000 monthly alarm systems.

With growing demands on its operations, the company sought to enhance its working environment by modernising and upgrading its facilities to improve efficiency and elevate employee well-being.

The refurbishment involved reconfiguring and transforming the existing two-floor unit into a contemporary, multi-functional office and meeting space that fosters productivity and collaboration. This extensive renovation project has significantly revitalized the company’s offices, creating a modern and efficient environment for its employees.

Motorsport Vision (MSV) Group are Europe’s largest motor racing circuit operator with six venues in the UK and one in Spain. Following an agreement for MSV to take over the Donington Park circuit business – famous for hosting Formula One and Motorcycle Grand Prix – DSP were asked to assist in the fit out of their new operations offices.

The project involved the extensive fit out of the first-floor office which begin with upgrading the insulation of the exterior walls and roof. The scheme also included the creation of a range of enclosed offices, meeting spaces, open plan office, toilets, tea point and breakout area.
